Job Description

Position: Sales & Sales Support (Import/Export)
Working Location: District 1, Hochiminh City
Working Time: Mon to Fri (40hours/week)
Company Industry: focus on import/ export Industrial products from Korea to Vietnam.

Job Description
• Working with suppliers to get price, production information to prepare quotations.
• Working out retail pricelist, costing sheets.
• Consulting sales team in terms of product knowledge, assisting sales team in preparing samples, catalogue dossiers for submission.
• Supporting director during bidding phase for big projects such as preparing samples, catalogues, preparing project quotation list with hundred items for full package offer.
• Receiving customer’s orders, checking customer’s orders and preparing local sales contracts for high value orders and N/A items.
• Solving customer’s complaints such as late delivery, defects, goods damage, or shortshipped items.
• Connecting HQ and existing customers in Vietnam to make sure a clear and smooth communication between all parties.
• Handling customers’ feedbacks and complaints about material defect, consignment package or late delivery.
• Working with customers on repeated orders and new enquiries for new projects.
• Accompanying director/ regional sales rep for customer visits and being interpreter.
• Translating all documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa including technical docs, brochures, any protocols relating to its operation to make sure that director and HQ team understood thoroughly VN practice.

Requirement
• Two years previous Sales Support experience in a distribution or similar environment preferable gained in a business with an import/export element.
• Must have good written and verbal communications skills with a strong customer service attitude.
• Able to work at speed with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills, able to work on own initiative and function as a team member helping and supporting colleagues as required.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
