1. Job description:
– Plan, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Manage human resources (Recruitment, compensations & benefits, HR operation, HR system, internal discipline, labor management)
2. Job requirement:
– University degree or above
– At least 5 years of working experience as HR manager
– In-depth knowledge of labor law, compensations & benefits, recruitment process, organizational development, labor relation
– Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
– Good communication in English
– Working Location: Dung Quat Economic Zone, Binh Thuan Commune, Binh Son District, Quang Ngai Province.
3. Welfare policy:
