Job Description

– Welcome guests, visitors to the Company
– Answering incoming calls; taking messages and transfer the calls as required.
– Organizing travel, and accommodation for all Board of Directos, staff, visitors ( air-ticket, train ticket, car, hotel, visa in both domestic and international)
– Providing administration support to others departments: meeting in/out of the office, training arrangement,team building….
– Arranging both internal and external events, party/ benefit from the Company: YEP, Int ’s Women Day, Chrismast, Tet… distribute to colleagues
– Collating reports, payment process as monthly reports of air-tickets, hotel booking, taxi, car rental, house rental, ..etc
– Coordinate & controlling for General office equipments: photocopiers, printer, catridge, stationary, office supply..
– Follow and updated new software, system, technical, and automation at work
– Implementation report, payment on system.

- Hotel/admin experiences , logistic management - In-depth understanding of office management procedures - Excellent communications skills - Organizational skills and the ability to multitask - Proactive and take the initiative - Discretion and trustworthiness - Secretariat experiences - Flexibility and adaptability - Fluent in English (speaking, writing& reading) - Proficient in Microsoft office
