Progress Issue Manager cum IT Communicator (Japanese)

Job Description

Progress issue manager(PIM):
– Create and daily update Schedule
– Daily resources/progress/issues tracking and monitoring based backlog and BAL information
– Report progress/issues to customer by daily meeting
– Leave management
– Report Issue/Risk to customer when BAL shared
– Create Retrospective after BAL analysis bugs

– Interpreter in the meetings between project team and the customers, in the internal meetings (face-to-face meetings, video meetings, etc)
– Translate the documents of software development projects, administrative documents
– Take charge of assigned back-office tasks
– Other assigned tasks from the managers

Required skills

Technical requirement

- Japanese equivalent of N1 (good at speaking, listening, writing, reading)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skill
- Have the project management experience and skill
- Have working experience in IT company
- Prioritize candidates who have knowledge of IT and programming
- Prioritize candidates who used to live and work in Japan
