• Understands finance: COO candidate must have a track record of successful financial management.
• Decision-making skills: must have superior decision-making skills.
• Communication: candidate must possess executive-level communication and influencing skills with the ability to resolve issues, build consensus among groups of diverse internal/external stakeholders, and have proven skill in negotiating and mediating conflict.
The successful applicant for the TFC COO role must be a strong leader with the ability to manage upper management employees and provide direction for workers at all levels. The position also requires strong decision-making and problem-solving skills as well as time management skills to monitor and evaluate the performance of multiple departments.
