Technical Architect

– Study the Company e-commerce solutions (Magento, Demandware, Hybris) and follow the platform evolutions in order to be well aware of the out-of-the-box features
– Work with the Project Management team in order to understand the customer needs and advise on solutions / how to manage the best within the company platforms
– Ensure that the projects scope is well locked and that risks are addressed by Project Managers
– Report to the Production Manager and ensure that projects are running properly
– Assist in writing the project technical specifications
– Assist Project Managers in defining the appropriate deployment process and to implement it
– Act as 1st level of support regarding technical request
– Get involved for advanced feature setup such as SolR search or Varnish caching
