Business Development Executive (Insurance)
NIC’s Client
– Develop and implement recognition programs and other type of programs necessary to accomplish goals.
– Provide market knowledge and direction to producers and sales management team.
– Promote and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients.
– Review all policies and process in order to make sure all running smoothly.
– Report to Business Development Manager.
Required skills
- University Degree
- Good communication in English
- Computer: Office tools
- At least 2 years working experience and in insurance industry preferable.
- Strong ability to work unaccompanied, with a desire to achieve results.
- Highly skilled in creative thinking, being able to execute thoughts in to reality.
- Able to work to tight deadlines, while achieving high quality results, running multiple projects.
- Ability to handle conflict effectively.
- Confidence in approaching people where no initial relationship exists.
- A willingness to accept responsibility and drive decisive sales focused activity.
- Demonstrable ability in leadership and management of managers.
