Job Description
  1. Talent Acquisition
    Search and recruit candidates for middle and senior management levels (Executive, Middle/Senior Management/C Level) for the company’s clients.
    Understand the client’s recruitment requirements and advise on the labor market, salary and related issues.
    Use candidate search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, candidate databases, etc.) to search and screen potential candidates.
    Conduct interviews with candidates, assess their abilities and suitability for the recruitment position.
    Build and maintain good relationships with both clients and candidates.
    Manage the entire recruitment process
  2. Business Development: (optional)
    Actively develop business, implement contracts with potential clients
    Achieve assigned recruitment quantity and quality targets.
    Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department

Required skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in the recruitment field, priority is given to candidates with experience in headhunting or internal recruitment for middle and senior management positions.
  • University graduate in human resources, economics, foreign languages or related majors
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing). English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent candidate search and evaluation skills.
  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
  • Ability to withstand high work pressure.
  • Proficient in using candidate search and management tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
