20 Job Categories Eligible for Staffing Services in Vietnam

- Worker: Legally employed by the subleasing provider but works under the client’s direction.
Legal Basis for Staffing Services in Vietnam
This model is governed by:
- Article 52, Clause 1 – Labor Code 2019
- Articles 12, 13, 14 – Decree 145/2020/NĐ-CP
These regulations define the conditions, rights, and responsibilities of all three parties involved: the subleasing provider, the client business, and the worker.
