Admin Officer
NIC’s Client
Receptionist:
– Door opening, receiving callings, letters, sending letters,…
– Preparing letters, and announcements to the related parties
– Keep and manage company stamp, title stamp
– Arrange and make sure the office is neat and clean
– Work with suppliers, and building management, order and purchase miscellaneous for the office (technical equipment, equipment, entertainment, stationery..)
– Check debit and collect invoice suppliers
– Arrange hard copies of all vendor contracts, out and incoming letters, Admin and HR folder
– Arrange and organize company events: company trips, year-end parties, employee’s birthdays, annual health checks, etc…
– Office equipment management
– Arrange a meeting and make the meeting minutes monthly
HR:
– Recording Annual leave, Overtime, making timesheet monthly
– Sending the payslip for all the employees on time
– Employee contract: Renew labor contract, appendix contract, decisin, termination contract,…
Recruitment:
– Checking JD before posting jobs, collecting CVs, arranging interviews, and announcing the interview result
– Contact Headhunt to recruit (If any)
– On-boarding, welcome new hire
– Other related HR report
Marketing support:
– Supporting for printing the Sub-label
– Control Marketing warehouse
– Preparing the letter about the Company’s product
– Supporting the Company’s product training (Together with the Sales and Engineering team)
– Supporting for the Company Event, Exhibition
Required skills
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Experience: 2-3 years of experience
– Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
– Agile, careful, enthusiastic in work
– Positive attitude, a good influence on the thoughts of others
– Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
