Assistant to Office Manager

To be successful in this role you will:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Commissioner including financial processing, spreadsheets and/or database maintenance.
- Assist in managing the office budget and the expenditure of the office by the Financial Management Practices Manual
- Assist in regularly reviewing financial reports and compiling budget estimates for the TIQ Vietnam office.
- Assist in coordinating resources to support the business needs of the office and the management of the day-to-day administrative matters.
- Prepare, format, and track letters, reports, Ministerial Briefing Notes, submissions, and other correspondence relating to the office operations.
- Manage HR administrative issues including staff personnel records, salary and leave details, recruitment, and professional training.
- Provide a high level of client service and contribute as an office team member.
- Organise appointments, seminars, meetings, and travel arrangements for officers and visitors.
- Foster an environment that values performance, customer service, continuous improvement, and innovation in the delivery of high-quality services.
- Manage accommodation/lease matters and liaise on building management issues.
- Support marketing staff with programs and planning for trade missions and visiting business delegations.
- Assist in research and provide support for projects undertaken by the local TIQ office, as directed by the Commissioner.

At least 2 years of experience as an office administrator.

High-level written and spoken English is essential. Fluency in xxx language is highly desirable. Knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook) are required.
