.Developing business plans to cover sales revenue for the North market, promote organization’s presence as well as products to Korean precision machining companies
• Take the responsible for designated accounts, area by regularly visiting, proposing new products, new solution to meet the requirement of client.
• Expand business opportunities by seeking new potential customers and enhance position with existing accounts with the target to increase market coverage
• Conduct the survey and review of market trends, so as to develop an appropriate sales strategy and pricing policy to capture bigger market share.
• Be responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications including sales reports, cycle sales meetings and account plans.
• Report directly to Country Sales Manager, General Director.
