Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities
– Responsibility for a software development team
– Permanent close cooperation and alignment with Product Management, Quality and other departments
– Analyses shortcomings in additional processes and methodologies and defines process improvements  Ensures proper communication for all affected parties (e.g. new Support – Engineering maintenance process)
– Continuous coaching and training of the team, offering active support for topics like proper realization of sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and requirement analysis workshops
– Mentors others and helps them to grow personally and technically (e.g. helps them to reach the next career level)
– Providing inputs for an ongoing enhancement of agile software development
– A lot of freedom and responsibility

Qualifications/ Requirements
– Agile mindset with focus on enablement
– Successfully accomplished technical education
– Several years of experience in agile software development, especially in a function of a software developer
– Individual willingness to successfully engage in vocational education and training
– Excellent English language skills
