Senior Brand Manager/ Group Brand Manager

Handle assigned brands/products.
Leads the Group in delivering volume, market share & profit targets
Leads the Group in developing effective Marketing Strategies and Plans
Allocates resources appropriately within the Group to deliver business results
Leads the recruitment, performance and development/training program
Leads process & systems development/improvement
Collaborates with various functions setting & implementing the Category/ Brand’s OGSM
** Job Requirement:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Must have branding experience within FMCG space
• Must be a strong strategic thinker with a “can-do” attitude
• Must have at least 5 years branding / category management experience at the Brand Manager
• Preferably from multinational company, FMCG multinational company in a similar capacity
• Ability to work cross functionally and managing/leading cross functional teams
• Excellent in marketing concept, market strategy and analysis, brand awareness, product development
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, strategic planning and leadership skills
