South Administration Section Manager

Job description
– Coordinate with HR to establish and implement company policies, standards and procedures
– Organize company’s events (year-end party, company trip, etc.)
– Assign and monitor all administrative issues including transportation, meetings, business trips, rental contract of real estate/car/office supply, distribution of stationery/ uniform/ moon cake, order of sanitary items, courier service, telephone/ internet/ mobile card services, application for Investment License, Tax Registration Certificate.
– Deal with complex queries and complaints (if any)
– Manage administration staff, drivers, cleaners, receptionist, security guards
– Control admin expense and office budget
– Maintain and improve professional working environment
– Other tasks assigned by upper Managers
Requirements:
– Female (>28 years old)
– At least 2 years experience in administration at the same level or Supervisor/Team Leader upwards
– Fluent in English and computer skills (TOEIC >700 or equivalent)
– Good communication skills
– Management, Proactive, smart, high responsible, fast learning, careful
