Head of Content
– Lead content activities for Mix Digital clients – including the development and presentation of content proposals
– Develop and recommend strategies to clients, including, digital, social, SEO, email and content marketing approaches
– Ensure ‘best practice’ content strategy/marketing processes are followed, and set the standard for the quality of output for the team to follow
– Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for digital channels.
– Report on all aspects of content activity (team performance / pipeline / work in progress / opportunities) to agency board of directors.
– Build, train, growth, motivate content team including copywriters, designers, video producers…
– Manage and allocate resources
