Job Description
– Develop new business opportunities to meet trends.
– Help develop and implement strategic sales plans.
– Facilitate client requirements meetings – both in person and / or remotely using current online presentation applications.
– Report weekly sales forecasts.
– Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
– Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends.
– Deliver sales presentations / proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate.
– Develop and manage client & agency relationships.
– Evaluate accounts.
– Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations
– Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
– Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
Requirement
– Have 3+ years’ experience in cosmetic sales field.
– Have understanding of Vietnamese cosmetic market.
– Have experience for B2B, have B2C will be plus.
– Someone is able to suggest efficient marketing methods for our products.
– “Can do” attitude.
– Candidate has connection with distributors and retail shops and who can bring sales result from them.
