● Active market the company/services to clients
● Manage sales team for new client approach: prepare proposal file, coordinate with designer to prepare demo (guideline, leaflet, company profile…)
● Manage existing client accounts: process order, reconciliation, handle inquiries/ requests
● Problem solving for any issues might occur – cooperate/align with Sales before taking action.
● Analyse client’s reports to provide more insight to sales team
● Manage paperwork when needed (promo registration, review contract, paperwork for occasional gifting, etc.
● Prepare marketing materials (newsletter), training material, etc.
● Other tasks assigned.
