Architectural Team Leader
– Perform duties assigned by Design Manager.
– Undertake architectural, schematic and concept design for assigned projects, with the ability to undertake design details (windows, doors etc) including preliminary design calculations, preliminary sketches/drawings, preliminary specifications and other required design information.
– Make amendments to the design as required.
– Undertake detailed design work on projects as required, and fully check and ensure designs are properly validated as per the approved design process.
– Produce architectural design briefs, documents, reports and specifications as required.
– Produce architectural drawings utilizing Revit
– Degree qualified in Architecture.
– Years of experience: min 2 years experience for Architect.
– Previous experience working within an architectural design company..
– Advanced knowledge of AutoCad/REVIT
– 3D max skill is highly preferred.
– Intermediate knowledge of Design Standards in Asia and in Europe.
– Can communicate in English
