Assistants Warehouse Manager

• Set up all SOP’s to ensure Receipt/Delivery/Storage…operations smoothly.
• Manage all activities in warehouse.
• Comply with Company Health and Safety and 5S regulations to ensure a safe/cleaning
• working environment
• Make sure the EESH activities in warehouse are setup and follow up strictly.
• Ensure the subordinates obey all instructions strictly.
• Ensure cargos receipt/delivery following FIFO, FEFO with DNI/DNO on time and accurate.
• Ensure that Material/Finish Good are stored in good condition in accordance with specific of each material/finish goods (temperature, cleaning, boxes, basket, pallets…).
• Setup warehouse layout (location/racking system…) and make sure the storage in right container, right quantity and right location with correct indication.
• Make sure team follow SOP’s and meet quality requirements.
• Ensure all Equipment and facilities are kept in good conditions; reporting and efficient using.
• Coaching and Develop subordinates to meet requirements in higher level.
• Make sure the reporting of subordinates on time, accuracy and strictly following.
• Improve all processes and work in order to get high performance.
• Periodic stock takes to make sure report on time and accuracy for closing.
• Adhere and control subordinates to company policies.
