○Extensive experience in marketing (at a CPG company preferred)
○At least 5 years of working experience
○Strategy design
○Analytical skills
○Meeting facilitation
○Presentation skills
○Team management
○Basic accounting/budgeting and planning
○Creativity (e.g. how to sell to schools when we don't have contacts to schools)
○Persistence to look for a solution in difficult situation
