Job Description

– New business development of video advertising with potential of becoming future team leader
– Acquiring new video publishers using multiple approaches. Effectively and strategically present video ads solutions to Publisher clients
– Account management to build relationship and provide excellent customer service resulting in timely delivery of ad tags, management and optimization of campaigns, payment, etc.
– Optimizing, tracking and analyzing client performance with the suggestion made to the client in terms of increase performance.
– Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop video ads business
– Responsible for developing strong and effective working relationships with other departments and a direct supervisor.

Required skills

Working hour: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (1 hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday. - 12 days Annual Leave - Insurance: Social Insurance, Health Insurance Unemployment Insurance as defined in the Labor Code - Benefit: Based on the company’s rules of employment (commuting allowance, company trip, quarter bonus)


- Fluent English (TOEIC 800 or equivalence) - 1- 2 years of digital ad sales within a digital media agency, ad network or online publisher - Strong understanding of video advertising solutions. - Experience a wide variety of video advertising formats including skippable pre-roll, mid-roll, end slate and branded autoplay. - Understanding of programmatic ad buying (ad exchanges, DSP, SSP, 3rd party data) and the Real-Time Bidding (RTB) space is a plus
