– Analysing customers, products and market.
– Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
– Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure IT’s strong presence.
– Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales staff.
– Graduated from University with a major in engineering
– Sales experience, at least 2 years of experience in the same field of automation, hydraulics, pneumatics
– Good communication in English or Chinese
– Strong experience and management skills
